Broker's Comments

The sigma 38 is just about my favourite fast 38ft cruiser from the 1980's. Favourite because they were the choice of the RAF Sailing Association for many years, and in RAFSA's 'Red Arrow' I cut my Yacht Master teeth , so to speak. A one design, which for many people was an out and out racer, nevertheless they also proved to be a comfortable and sea-kindly cruising yacht, easily handled by a competent couple or small crew. Our example here has brought home many a trophy for her current owner on our local club racing circuit but she has also been a family cruiser and we consider her to be in above average condition for her age in all respects; as may be seen from our very recent photos.
