Engine is original to the boat. Engine hours are indicated as 1112 hours on the gauge, but are thought by the most recent surveyor to be incorrect based upon his prior knowledge of the boat. Actual hours are not known, but are believed to be relatively close to the indicated value. Fuel consumption is estimated for cruising speed. Seller has never used the boat enough to determine fuel consumption as it was purchased to use as a live-aboard.

Broker's Comments

Spencer Boats, built in Canada, are well regarded here in the Northwest for strong construction. Many like this one have some owner-finished features to the interior. This boat has been used as a live-aboard for the past few years. It is moored at Foss Harbor Marina in Tacoma. The marina manager tells me moorage can be maintained at Foss Harbor but not in the same end-tie slip. Live-aboard status may be applied for.
