Bourne 40 Broads style cruiser having been 80% refurbished at a cost of over 8k in 2012. She offers 7 berths in 3 cabins and benefits from having a Bow thruster, Battery management system along with new batteries (Oct 2015) and a new calorifier.
She would make an ideal liveaboard and is perfect for longer stays aboard.
The saloon/lounge area is very inviting with 2 comfortable setees. The heads are electric and there is a seperate single cabon opposit to Stb.
The forward cabin offers 2 singles or 1 further double.
She is Broads licensed until 2017
