| Broker's Comments
This Swan 48 was conceived as a High Performance Luxury Cruising Yacht...............and it certainly delivers that.Built to be handled by two persons it has seen light summer use in 2001/2/3 and has spent the last two years in Palma stored ashore. Luxuriously appointed interior provides two large comfortable double cabins each with own ensuits facilities. The Tan leather upholstery in the Saloon hasn't even had the plastic covers removed and also the flooring has still got its protective protection on it!! She really has been maintained "like new" by her knowledgeable owners and professional service companies. This Swan 48 is extremely comfortable Crusing and just as equally adept on the Racing curcuit having been raced in the 2002 Swan Cup in Sardinia. If you're in the Market for something a little different that carries a full specification and finished to Very High Standards then this is for YOU......!!
