Broker's Comments
An excellent opportunity to purchase this lovely 57 foot Collinwood barge with additional "wrap around bow" to offer an even larger master cabin.
Whilst built in 2019 she has barely been used due to the impact of the COVID lockdown followed by health problems.
She is currently moored in a lovely town close to great facilities including restaurants, bars, cinema, a great shopping centre, and is moored close to a train station and so can be used to commute into London within 40 minutes.
The mooring can be classed as either a full-time liveaboard, a leisure mooring or a commercial mooring. At the mooring location there are secure washing, showering and laundry facilities.
The current owner has used her as an AirBnB which has generated sufficient income for the host to now be considered a "SuperHost". (It should be noted that the barge does not leave its mooring whilst rented out to clients, only the owner has moved her).
The barge comes fully furnished, everything that you see in the photos is included in the sale with the one exception of the single leather arm chair in the lounge which the owner wants to keep.
