There is so much storage on this boat and she is very spacious for a boat of this length. The cooker was new this year, professionally installed with a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate, believed to be the best you can get! The loyout of these boats is unusual in that the aft cabin is where the galley and dintte are located giving a spacious practical use of the space. |

You get a great feeling of space on this boat and it is hard to believe she is only 31 feet long. The Birchwood Commodore is described by Motor Boat and Yachting magazine as "well built and well engineered and suitable for river or sea", This is great example and has been well maintained by the current owner. Unlike many of these boats, she also has a full cockpit enclosure which was installed last year giving a very useful shelter and making the most of all the useable space on board. Big boat boating for a small boat price.
